- 1. The raffle draw will take place at 4pm on Sunday 13 September 2026. One winning ticket will be drawn for each prize.
- 2. If the winner is present, their contact details will be recorded. Winners do not have to be present at the draw.
- 3. Winning ticket numbers will be published on the QPARA website after the draw.
- 4. Anyone not present at the draw must claim by emailing qparamail@gmail.com with a photo of the winning ticket and their name, mobile number and email address.
- 5. The winning ticket is the proof of entitlement to the prize. QPARA will check the ticket number against the raffle records before confirming the claim.
- 6. Once a claim has been verified, QPARA will put the winner in touch with the prize donor so that the prize can be collected, booked or redeemed. Any terms, availability or expiry conditions set by the donor will apply.
- 7. Prizes must be claimed by 11.59pm on Sunday 27 September 2026. Any prize not claimed by that deadline will be forfeited. QPARA will decide how any unclaimed prize is dealt with.
