MP Smarter Travel (MPST) is working with the Queen’s Park community to shape a safer and healthier local area. MPST want to hear your views on potential efforts to create quieter streets with reduced traffic and improved air quality. The project area is outlined in this map.
MPST will deliver two phases of engagement to co-design possible local interventions.
Phase one of engagement – Complete
Phase two of engagement
From the Phase 1 feedback, MPST have put forward two options for further feedback. One is quite far-reaching, the other more light-weight.
There are two videos that can be accessed using the QR codes on the flyer, copy below, or through the Brent Council website: QPHN Website
It should be noted that the scope of the “camera managed modal filters” in the scheme is subject to discussion, but they are not very forthcoming about the options. Types of vehicles and hours of use are two options, but there may be others.
Phase One Report
In response to email queries, MPST have made available the “Phase 1 Public Report”. This has not yet (30th November) been added to the Brent website, so it is attached here.
